- The festival is all ages; children age 5 & under are free.
- Festival Passes are valid for the entire weekend (and only the weekend) you purchased.
- Both festival weekends will feature the same line up, art, food and activities. *Lineup subject to change.
- Passes assigned to Will Call must be picked up at the Box Office in Indian Wells.
- Passes at Will Call must be picked up by the person whose name appears on the order. No name changes allowed!
- Prices shown are what you pay (excluding International shipping charges).
- Two (2) pass limit per weekend. (Excluding Lake Eldorado 4-Person Tents and Hotel Travel Packages.)
- Exceeding the limit of two (2) passes of any type, in any way (including multiple orders) is subject to order cancellation at anytime, without notice.
- One (1) Camping site limit per order.
- One(1) Companion Camping Parking Pass limit per order.
- Onsite campers must have a Festival Pass.
- Onsite camping is 18+ unless accompanied by parent.
- NO RV/Motorhome camping or parking.
- Day parking during the festival is free (9am-2am, no overnight parking).
- Day parking is first come/first serve. Once lots are full, you will be directed to a nearby, off-site, free park & ride location.
- Wristband Activation is required via the Coachella mobile app.
- Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
- Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
- All orders are FINAL. No refunds, cancellation, transfers or exchanges.
- Please read the Terms of Sale and WRISTBAND TERMS you are agreeing to when obtaining passes.
- Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/Scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party or scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

- In order to utilize the Payment Plan plan you MUST specifically check the Payment Plan box during the check out/order process. If you miss this, you are paying in full. There will be no account adjustments.
- To log in to your ticket purchase account:
WEEKEND 1 LOG IN
WEEKEND 2 LOG IN - Your order total will be split into seven [7] payments.
- Exact payment amounts may vary due to rounding.
- First payment is due when placing order.
- Six [6] subsequent monthly payments will be automatically deducted through December 2018 on the same day as the original order date.
- Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
- You will have a 10-day grace period to pay and if payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be cancelled.
- Payment Plan available during Advanced Sale only.
- Payment Plan is available for all purchases except for Safari Tents. ($100 minimum order required.)
- You may PAY IN FULL if you do not want to use the Payment plan.
- Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.

GETTING YOUR PASSES – SHIPPING & WILL CALL
- Shipping dates and other details will be announced after the main on-sale in January 2019.
- Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
- Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens/returned to sender) must be picked up at Will Call.
- Passes at Will Call must be picked up by the person whose name appears on the original order. No name changes allowed!
- Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
- $20 additional fee for Canada/Mexico shipping.
- $25 additional fee for all other International shipping.
- International customers will have option to choose Will Call at time of purchase.
- Orders are shipped in one [1] package per order (not per wristband). Condition of packaging is not guaranteed. The only guaranteed contents are what you ordered.
- We recommend the international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to 3/15 (Weekend 1) or 3/21 (Weekend 2) to ensure you don’t miss delivery.

FESTIVAL PASS $429

PREFERRED PARKING $150
Preferred Parking is located adjacent to the north side of the venue. Entry to Preferred Parking is not guaranteed after 10pm (even with pass).
There is no overnight parking or camping in this lot, and no vehicle ins/outs.
VIP
FESTIVAL PASS $999
Allows access into the venue, day parking lots (Preferred Parking sold separately) and the venue VIP areas*. VIP Pass holders may also visit Car & Tent Camping areas.
The main VIP area is located adjacent to the Main Stage and offers shaded areas, tables, couches, restrooms, specialty food & beverage vendors and a full cash bar.
Rose Garden VIP offers extra seating, restrooms, specialty food & beverage vendors, full cash bars, and an inspiring stroll through the spectacular desert blooms.
CAR CAMPING

- One [1] 10’x30′ car camping site.
- All campers must have a festival pass.

Whether you’re used to camping out under the stars or living the glam life, our Shikar-style tent accommodations are sure to please. This on-site lodging option comes furnished with all the sleeping or lounging essentials plus air conditioned restroom and shower access, breakfast and late night snacks in the Safari Lounge, and Guest passes to Coachella.
- Four [4] night stay in a fully furnished, Shikar style tent.

ANY LINE SHUTTLE PASS $75
Hop aboard the shuttle line of your choice and ride between any participating stop and the festival in comfort and style all weekend long. Available for Weekend One and Weekend Two via Valley Music Travel.
AIRPORT SHUTTLE PASS $70
One-way shuttle transportation from LAX Airport to select local hotels or Coachella camping. Return passes also available for Weekend One and Weekend Two via Valley Music Travel.
OUTSTANDING IN THE FIELD DINNER $225
- One [1] delicious full-course meal prepared by celebrated chefs in the beautiful Coachella VIP Rose Garden.

Camping Details
CAMPING RULES
- All campers must have Festival Passes.
- All camping is 18+ (unless accompanied by your parent/legal guardian).
- All festival attendees may visit Car & Tent Camping.
- Camping in only allowed in designated camping areas.
- No camping allowed between festival weekends.
- No RV/Motorhome camping is allowed.
CAMPING HOURS
- Camping is open Thu 9am-Mon 10am. (each weekend)
- Camping check-in is open Thu 9am through Fri at midnight; Sat-Sun 9am-8pm.
- Camping Companion Parking and Pedestrian check-in is open 24 hrs (Thu 9am-Sun 8pm).
- Camping and Companion Camping Parking are on lockdown Fri-Sun 9pm-2am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit. Please plan your arrival times accordingly.
