    Minimum browser requirements required to place an order online.  Make sure you have the most updated browser version.

    • The festival is all ages; children age 5 & under are free.
    • Festival Passes are valid for the entire weekend (and only the weekend) you purchased.
    • Both festival weekends will feature the *same line up, art, food and activities.  *subject to change.
    • Four (4) pass limit per weekend.
    • Exceeding the limit of Four (4) passes of any type, in any way (including multiple orders) is subject to order cancellation at anytime, without notice.
    • Two (2) Camping sites limit per order.
    • One (1) Companion Camping Parking Pass limit per order.
    • Onsite campers must have a Festival Pass.
    • Onsite camping is 18+ unless accompanied by parent.
    • NO RV/Motorhome camping or parking.
    • Day parking during the festival is free (10am-2am, no overnight parking).
    • Day parking is first come/first serve. Once lots are full, you will be directed to a nearby, off-site, free park & ride location.
    • Wristband Activation is required via the Coachella mobile app.
    • Wristbands are non-transferable once applied.
    • Wristbands are void if tampered with or removed.
    • All orders are FINAL.  No transfers or exchanges.
    • Advance sale orders may be cancelled/refunded prior to December 15th, 2019 for a $50 cancellation fee.   After that, no refunds or cancellations, no exceptions. (Cancellation policy not applicable on travel packages.)
    • Please read the Terms of Sale and Wristband Terms you are agreeing to when obtaining passes.
    • Do not buy passes from a 3rd party/scalper. We won’t service, authenticate or support passes purchased from a third party or scalper. We do not assist in any 3rd party transactions.

    In order to utilize the Payment Plan plan you must select ‘Payment Plan’ in your shopping cart. If you miss this, you will be charged the full amount. There will be no account adjustments.  If you miss this, you are paying in full. There will be no account adjustments.

    NEW for 2020.  Low down payment of only $25 per *order to start!

    Log in to your Ticket Purchase Account

    • Your order total will be split into seven [7] payments. First payment will be $25. The remaining six payments will be split evenly.
    • Exact payment amounts may vary due to rounding.
    • First payment is due when placing order.
    • Six [6] subsequent monthly payments will be automatically deducted through December 2019 on the same day as the original order date.
    • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 cancellation fee. No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
    • You will have a 10-day grace period to pay and if payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is run, your order will be cancelled.
    • Payment Plan is available for all purchases except for Safari Tents. ($100 minimum order required.)
    • You may PAY IN FULL if you do not want to use the Payment Plan.
    • Automated payments may take up to 72 hours to process.

    * Due to rounding, exact payment amounts may vary by up to 2 cents per payment, however total due will not exceed the order total.

    Getting Your Passes - Shipping & Will Call


    • Shipping dates and other details will be announced after the main on-sale in January 2020.
    • Orders will not be re-shipped under any circumstances.
    • Orders unable to be delivered under any circumstances (lost/stolen/errors/forgot/dog scared the postman away/aliens) must be picked up at Will Call.
    • *Shipments “Returned to Sender” may choose a one-time reshipment offer for a fee of $10 up until our shipment cut off. Shipment must have been received back by sender. Exceptions may apply. Absolutely no name changes allowed.
    • Passes assigned to Will Call must be picked up at the Box Office in Indian Wells.
    • Passes at Will Call must be picked up by the person whose name appears on the original order. No name changes allowed! No Alternative box office pick ups allowed.
    • Government-issued photo ID and order confirmation are required for Will Call pick up.
    • $10 additional fee for Domestic Shipping
    • $25 additional fee for all International shipping.
    • $10 fee for domestic & $25 for international poster shipping if ordered separately.
    • International customers will have option to choose Will Call at time of purchase.
    • We recommend the international travelers choose the Will Call option if you intend to travel prior to 4/1 (Weekend 1) or 4/8 (Weekend 2) to better ensure you don’t miss delivery.
    • Orders are shipped in one [1] package per order (not per wristband). Condition of packaging is not guaranteed. The only guaranteed contents are what you ordered.
    • For Travel Package guests, wristbands and shuttle passes will not be mailed in advance. All materials will be available for pickup at the hotel during designated Travel Package Check In hours, which will be provided prior to arrival.

    Festival Pass Waitlist


    Though Advance Sale passes are no longer available, you could get lucky in the event of payment plan defaults or order cancellations. Sign up for the waitlist and if passes become available, they’ll be yours. Interested? Of course you are!  Select pass type & weekend to request, or for your best chance; be flexible with which weekend you’d accept.

    This waitlist ensures our guests have the first chance at passes made available with no extra costs or fees.

    HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

    3. Enter your Attendee information.
    4. Enter your payment information.
      (Note: You’ll only be charged if we find you passes.)

    6. Confirm your return information and click “Finish”. You’re all set!

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION

    • You are welcome to leave the waitlist at any time.
    • Your card will be charged automatically once the pass you are looking for has been found.

    GENERAL ADMISSION FESTIVAL PASS $399 + fees

    Weekend 1 Advance Sale: Passes No Longer Available

    FESTIVAL PASS / SHUTTLE COMBO $399 + $75 + fees

    • Allows entrance into the Venue and Car & Tent Camping areas.
    • Valid for all three [3] days.
    • Includes free Day Parking.
    • Includes an Any Line Shuttle Pass.

    PREFERRED PARKING $140 + fees

    • Preferred Parking is located adjacent to the north side of the venue. Entry to
    • Entry to Preferred Parking is not guaranteed after 10pm (even with pass).
    • There is no overnight parking or camping in this lot, and no vehicle ins/outs.

    VIP FESTIVAL PASS $929 + fees

    • Allows access into the venue, day parking lots (Preferred Parking sold separately) and the venue VIP areas. VIP Pass holders may also visit Car & Tent Camping areas.
    • The main VIP area is located adjacent to the Main Stage and offers shaded areas, tables, couches, restrooms, specialty food & beverage vendors and full cash bars.
    • Rose Garden VIP offers extra seating, restrooms, specialty food & beverage vendors, full cash bars, and an inspiring stroll through the spectacular desert blooms.

    CAR CAMPING $102 + TOTfees

    • One [1] 10’x30′ car camping site.
    • All campers must have a festival pass.

    PREFERRED CAR CAMPING $266 + TOTfees

    Weekend 1 Advance Sale: Passes No Longer Available

    • Don’t rush! Arrive at your leisure.
    • One [1] 10’x30′ car camping site located closest to the venue entrance (near the Ferris Wheel).
    • Sites within the designated Preferred Car Camping area are first come first parked in the designated area.

    TENT CAMPING $102 + TOTfees

    • One [1] 10’x30′ tent camping site.
    • Includes one [1] overnight parking space in adjacent lot.
    • All campers must have a festival pass.

    CAMPING COMPANION PARKING $55 + fees

    • One [1] overnight parking space for a second vehicle of additional campers.
    • Limit one [1] per order.
    • Lot is separate from Car Camping area.
    • There is no other overnight parking at the festival.
    • No camping in this lot.
    • Vehicle Check-In Thu 9am-2am; Fri-Sun 9am-8pm
    • No vehicle  ins/outs. No exit during lockdown hours Fri-Sun 9pm-2am.

    LAKE ELDORADO TEEPEE W/GA (2 PERSON) $2224 + TOTfees

    • Secluded onsite camping area.

    2020 COACHELLA FESTIVAL POSTER $13 + fees

    Order a 18×24 print shipped directly to you. Will be shipped separately from your order.

    ANY LINE SHUTTLE PASS $75 + fees

    Hop aboard the shuttle line of your choice and ride between any participating stop and the festival in comfort and style all weekend long. Available via Valley Music Travel.

    AIRPORT SHUTTLE PASS $70 + fees

    Punch a one-way ticket from the LAX area to Coachella camping or a participating hotel, or back to LAX at the end of the weekend. Full details available via Valley Music Travel.

    OUTSTANDING IN THE FIELD $210 + fees

    • One [1] delicious full-course meal prepared by celebrated chefs in the beautiful Coachella VIP Rose Garden.
    • Includes welcoming cocktail, beer & wine are included.
    • Seating at 6pm.
    • Access to the VIP Rose Garden for the entire day.
    • Festival Pass required for entry.
    • Each night sold separately.

    Camping Details


    CAMPING RULES

    • Campers must have Festival Passes.
    • Camping is 18+ (unless accompanied by your parent/legal guardian).
    • All festival attendees may visit Car & Tent Camping.
    • Camping in only allowed in designated camping areas.
    • No camping allowed between festival weekends.
    • No RV/Motorhome camping is allowed.
    • No vehicle ins/outs are allowed in Car or Tent Camping.
    • Camping vehicles will not be allowed to exit during lock down hours on show nights.

    CAMPING HOURS

    • All Camping is open Thu 9am-Mon 10am (each weekend).
    • Camping Vehicle & Camping Companion Parking Check-In Thu 9am-2am; Fri-Sun 9am-8pm.
    • Pedestrian check-in is open 24 hrs (Thu 9am-Sun 8pm).
    • Camping and Companion Camping Parking are on lockdown Fri-Sun 9pm-2am. No vehicles will be allowed to enter or exit. Please plan your arrival times accordingly.
    • All the rest of the 2020 onsite camping details, and information will be posted on the 2020 version of Coachella.com. Please check back in 2020.
    • Amenities/Activities posted closer to show dates.

    CAR CAMPING INFO

    • Sites are 10’×30′
    • Sites REQUIRE a car parked in each site.
    • You can have as many people camp in your site as you can comfortably fit. Yes, share a camp site.
    • Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking.
    • Once a vehicle exits, camping site is forfeited.

    TENT CAMPING INFO

    • Sites are 10’×15′
    • Tent Camping area is tents only (no cars).
    • Sites come with one [1] Tent Camping Parking Pass in an adjacent lot.
    • Additional vehicles must be parked in Companion Camping Parking.
    • You can have as many people camp in your site as you can comfortably fit.
    • Once a tent exits, camping site is forfeited.

    LAKE ELDORADO INFO

    • Secluded camping area.
    • With ready-to-go 2-person teepee and 4-person tents.
    • Comes with cots, sleeping bags and pillows.
    • The sleeping bags and pillows are yours to keep or to donate to charity.
    • Comes with 1 designated parking space in adjacent lot.
    • Additional overnight parking available for purchase (see Camping Companion Parking).
    • Lake Eldorado sites come with Festival Passes.

    Travel Package Info


    • Travel Packages bundle local hotel accommodations with festival passes and Any Line Shuttle +passes.
    • Travel Packages are sold exclusively through Valley Music Travel and are available for Weekend One and Weekend Two
    • Payment Plans are available for Coachella travel packages until November 14th 2019.
    • Includes three [3] or four [4] nights stay for two [2] or four [4] people at a participating resort.
    • Accommodations for two [2] or four [4] people. (**details below).
    • Includes General Admission or VIP Festival Passes for each guest.
    • Any Line Shuttle Passes also included for each guest.
    • Select hotels are 21+. Please check package details before buying.
    • Packages for four [4]  people include one [1] room with two [2] beds. To accommodate four [4] people in two [2]  rooms you must purchase two [2] 2-person packages at the same hotel.
    • Wristbands and shuttle passes will not be mailed to Travel Package guests in advance. All materials will be available for pickup at the hotel during designated Travel Package Check In hours, which will be provided prior to arrival.
    • Free name changes may be made until February 3, 2020. $100 fee for name changes made after this date.
    • Upgrades, bed type changes and other requests are not guaranteed.
    • *If you would like to use the payment plan, please make sure to select Payment Plan while checking out. You will be automatically charged one payment each month between the date of your purchase until the final payment is completed on December 14th, 2019. All payments will be charged on the same day of the month as your original purchase and the number of payments owed for your package will depend on the date of your original purchase.
