    Accessibility (ADA)

Coachella welcomes attendees with disabilities. We are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure attendees have access to all festival goods and services, regardless of ability.

It is not acceptable to fake or exaggerate a disability to gain access to accommodations. Our ADA department has finite resources and needs to focus these resources on helping those who legitimately require assistance.

    ADA Wristband

Attendees wishing to utilize some of the accessibility services at Coachella will be required to wear an ADA Wristband.

    • ADA Wristbands are good for the entire Coachella weekend.
    • DO NOT remove your wristband for the duration of the festival.
    • One (1) ADA Companion Wristband will be issued per disabled patron.
      • Additional Wristbands may be issued for families with young children.
    • If a disabled attendee wants to switch his/her companion, a new ADA Companion Wristband can be exchanged for the old wristband at the Access Center.

    Access Center

ADA Access Centers are conveniently located throughout the festival to support and address the needs of all attendees with accessibility needs.

    • Get your ADA wristband credential.
    • Have your ADA questions answered.
    • Learn about all accessibility services.

    Friday-Saturday 10:30am-2am
    Sunday 10:30am-1am

We encourage all patrons to utilize personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters.

The Venue is fully navigable for people with mobility disabilities, including accessible pathways connected throughout the Venue.

    • Accessible Pathways include parking, entrances, stages, vendors and all other activity areas.
    • All VIP areas are accessible.
    • For more information about Accessible Pathways, please inquire at the Access Center.

If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Access Center.

    • Bring all cords and accessories needed to charge your devices.
    • Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.
    • We will not be providing wheelchair or scooter rentals.

Separate ADA Parking (Lot 14B) will be available for attendees with valid Disabled Person Parking placard, permit or license plate, as well as the applicable proof that it belongs to them.
